Website and SEO pricing.

Yes, always. We operate as a sole trader (OSVČ) in the Czech Republic — every project has a written contract with scope, deadlines and price. Once you’ve paid, you get all rights to the website and the source code.

For one-off projects (website, e-shop, redesign) you pay in two parts — a 50 % deposit at the start and the remaining 50 % on handover; for larger projects payment can be split across more stages, always per the contract. SEO and maintenance are paid monthly, so you’re not tied in for a year ahead. We invoice as a sole trader (OSVČ); we are not VAT payers, so the prices shown are final (VAT is not added). Invoices are due within 14 days.

SEO is long-term: we see the first signs within 4–6 months, which is why we start at roughly 6 months, month by month under contract. We guarantee the process and transparency, not specific rankings — no one can guarantee those, because the Google and Seznam algorithms are beyond our control.

Maintenance is optional — we hand the website over even without it, and you can manage it yourself or through your own administrator. If you’d like us to handle it, there are three tiers (990 / 2 900 / 4 500 Kč/mo) depending on how often we look after the website; without a retainer we handle individual jobs by the hour. The domain and hosting are paid separately to the provider, whether you have maintenance or not.

Beyond the price of the website there are items we don’t charge for: the domain and hosting (you pay these directly to the provider, in the order of hundreds to a few thousand Kč a year), paid plugins or licences, photography and copywriting if you don’t prepare the copy and photos yourself. Everything that will be needed appears in the quote before you sign — nothing turns up on the invoice afterwards.
