You get found on Google, on Seznam and in AI answers.

I handle search visibility myself: technical work, structure, content and authority. You deal directly with the person doing the work.

Visibility in AI search

ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google’s AI Overviews give an answer instead of a list of links. For a site to be among their sources, it needs the same foundation as for Google, plus a few separate steps.

How AI picks its sources

It takes pages that answer the query directly, have a clear structure, an author and a date, are open to bots and get mentioned on other sites. Most of this work overlaps with SEO.

What I do

Check access for AI bots in robots.txt and the logs, build key pages in an answer-first format with an author and a date, and work on brand mentions. I check presence in Bing separately: that is where ChatGPT search takes its data from.

How I measure it

Visits from chatgpt.com and perplexity.ai in analytics, and requests from the ChatGPT-User, OAI-SearchBot and Perplexity-User bots in the server logs. Figures for my own projects are below; for clients the channel is already visible too: for one of them, visits from ChatGPT consistently sit among the top three sources, and those readers browse the site more attentively than visitors from search. I publish specific client data only with their consent.

How I work

How the work runs

The same sequence for SEO and for AI-search optimisation. Every step is recorded in writing: you see what has been done and why.

An email and a first look

Describe the site and the task, and mention who referred you. I will look at the site and reply by email: whether I can see what to do, and within what scope.

Access and analysis

I get access to Search Console and analytics and look at the site as it is: technical state, keywords, competitors in the results.

A written plan and delivery

A plan with priorities: what I do myself and what I hand to your developer as a ready-made brief. Every change goes into the log.

Review and continuation

At the end of the agreed period we look at the data together: what moved and what did not. Then we decide whether to carry on and at what scope.

Redesign

Photomriya: the Mriya photo studio, three rooms hired by the hour. I moved the site to a new design without changing a single URL, so the pages kept their rankings: separate pages for the rooms and shoot types, speed and booking straight from the site.

  • Redesign with all URLs preserved
  • Pages for each studio and shoot type
  • Speed and mobile version
  • Online booking on the site

Proof, not promises

Alongside clients I run my own sites as labs: I test methods on myself before offering them to clients. Below is the shape of growth on a client project, measured with the same tools.

The shape of visibility growth: the curve rises over ~4 months and most queries have reached the first page of Google. This is an index, not absolute values – I do not publish the client’s specific figures.

Principles

  • I publish only what has been measured: with a period and a source.
  • I back long-term movement, not promises: the first signs usually take 4–6 months.
  • I say straight away if a task is not for me or a site does not need SEO.
  • A contract and a written plan for every project; continuation depends on results.
  • Access, data and code belong to you; I am added as a user.
  • I write about what did not work as openly as about what did.
Questions

Frequently asked questions

Short and straight. If your question is not here, write to me.

How much does SEO cost?
It depends on scope: the state of the site, how competitive the results are and how much work goes into the technical side, content and authority. I name the framework and the monthly figure after a first look at the site and Search Console. There is always a contract and a written plan, and continuation depends on results. More on the SEO management page.
How many projects do you run at the same time?
As many as I can do properly. When there is no room, I say so straight away and suggest a date from which I can start.
Do you only work by referral?
Most clients come by referral from colleagues and other clients, but it is not a condition. If nobody referred you, simply describe your situation and the site. If someone did, mention who: it makes the context easier for me to place.
Can a site get into ChatGPT answers or Google’s AI Overviews?
You can make a site understandable to them: direct answers to queries, an author and a date on the pages, open access for bots, brand mentions on other sites. There is no guarantee: AI systems choose their sources themselves. Whether you already have AI traffic shows in analytics under the chatgpt.com source and in the server logs: that measurement is where I start.
When do you need a new site, and when is SEO enough?
A new site is needed when the current one gets in the way of search work: the platform is slow, the structure has no logic, or the code is something nobody wants to touch. In other cases SEO on the existing site brings more than a move: established rankings usually survive, and the effect of changes shows sooner. Which of the two applies in your case, I will say after a first look at the site. On development: when a new foundation is needed.
